Beautiful Bao was brought into our care as he was finding it challenging to live with another cat in his previous home.
While Bao would often show off his friendly and affectionate personality to Battersea’s staff, he was a little nervous being in the Cattery environment. Our expert Veterinary team soon discovered that Bao was prone to health issues when he was stressed, and he had developed a condition which caused his bladder to become inflamed. This quickly progressed into further complications which meant he needed emergency surgery.
Thankfully, Bao was a star patient and made a swift recovery because of the expert care he received from Battersea’s dedicated Clinic team. Following his recovery and thanks to your support, it wasn’t long before we found Bao a loving new home where he can thrive.
