Battersea’s centres are closed to the public except for pre-booked appointments or guided tours.

We know that they have always been a popular visitor destination to meet our wonderful dogs and cats. However, large numbers of on-site visitors can be distressing for the animals, which is why we now offer a limited number of pre-booked tours at our London centre.
