Dr Kate is a Senior Policy Advisor at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.  She was previously a Trustee of Mayhew, the animal welfare charity. She was also International Director of Mission Rabies, a charity that aims to prevent canine transmission of rabies.
