More about ACE
Meet our boy Ace!
Sweet Ace arrived at Battersea via the wardens, so we have no history on him or how he settles in a home. The wardens described him as an affectionate young boy that loves attention from people and we have seen the same lovely boy onsite. Ace loves his people and loves nothing more than a big fuss! He has struggled at times to adapt to kennel life, at times getting a little mouthy in kennel.
He is still a young lad and at 10 months of age will need owners who are willing to put in some consistent training and boundaries to ensure he develops into a well rounded adult dog.
Ace likes other dogs and has some lovely social skills in place being a friendly and playful boy. He can be vocal in play style and can also get frustrated when on lead. We feel at this point in time Ace is best suited to being the only dog in the home with new owners who are confident in socialising him outside.
Ace's ideal owners will have experience or thorough knowledge with the Akita breed and all the typical traits that come with owning one. They will need to be prepared to put in all the training and socialisation to ensure he grows up into a confident and social lad!
Ace is ready for a home to call his own. This bouncy and lively boy is bound to bring his new owners much joy and is sure the be the most loyal of companions in any household lucky enough to have him.
