More about APOLLO
Meet Apollo, the lovable French Bulldog mix with a big heart and a playful spirit! Apollo has had a tough time in the past, with multiple operations on his leg, but he has recovered well,
He has a lot of love to give and enjoys playtime with other dogs, making him a true social butterfly.
He’s an affectionate and friendly companion, especially when it comes to people, he has shown he’s happy to exchange toys and have fun with them. Although he may show some resource guarding tendencies around his favourite things, including food and toys, he’s generally easy-going and just needs an owner who understands his boundaries.
Apollo will need a home with a garden, and he would be most comfortable with an experienced owner who’s familiar with managing resource guarding and ensuring a calm, respectful environment.
He has been in a foster home where he settled in well and became a puppy again, he ran around and was playing with slippers and nibbling on table legs, he does respond to a no but was keen to keep playing with things he should not be, so new owners will need to be patient with him as he adapting to a new home, as he has spent so much time here in the kennels while he was going through his surgeries.
He slept well at night and likes an afternoon nap and does try to sneak in bed with them.
Apollo likes to bring a toy for the foster carer and he can be very cuddly and snuggles up to them, he also likes to have a zoomie around the home for a bit then he will settle down.
He is an adorable chap who needs a calm patient owner to give him the time and space to settle into a new home.
