More about ARLO

Meet handsome boy Arlo, our Boxer cross American Bulldog. He is a playful young lad who loves nothing more than playing with his toys. Arlo has been house trained while at Battersea but new owners should expect some accidents when transitioning into a new home, and be willing to support him through this change with positive reward based training.

He is a strong boy so his new owners should ideally have some experience with large breeds and be willing to continue his basic training. Arlo can begin to jump up and become mouthy when people are too excitable around him so he will need a calm, adult only household who will not encourage rough games.

Arlo has shown some worried behaviours whilst with us, so he will need a home away from the hustle & bustle of city life with a secure, private garden where he can build his confidence. He is very sociable with other dogs so could potentially live with another dog, pending a successful onsite introduction.
