More about BARNEY

Barney is a bubbly and affectionate young dog who is a bundle of fun to be around. He is looking for new owners who can be committed to taking on a young puppy and provide the training that he needs to help him grow into a well-rounded adult.

Barney has had minimal interactions with other dogs and can be worried at times. Once he has found his confidence and has said hello, he does enjoy a calm game and could live with an existing adult dog in his new home who can act as a good role model for him.

Barney is only a young puppy so will need all his basic training, he currently knows a sit and it would be fun for him to learn more commands - he loves his food, and this will be great tool to use during his training.

He is currently looking to live with older children as when he gets excitable, he can often forget his manners and can jump up looking for attention. We are currently teaching him to keep 4 paws on the floor to help with calmer interactions.
