More about BLOSSOM

Blossom is an enthusiastic Old Tyme Bulldog cross who has a big character. She is currently at our Old Windsor Centre, if after reading her information you would like to know more about her, please email bow.rehomers@battersea.org.uk.

Blossom is currently spending some time in a temporary foster home, and she foster carer describes her as affectionate and sweet natured. She is house trained and travels well in the car. Blossom likes her routines– she will go and get her lead and take it to her foster carer when she thinks it’s time for a walk. She likes to play with toys and will carry one around when she wants a game, and soft toys are her favourite.

Blossom will need some ongoing support and training around other dogs as she can be uncomfortable around them at times, but at other times can be overly exuberant with them. She is improving with this and in her foster home has greeted dogs on lead calmly, and her new owners will need to be happy to continue her training.

Blossom is very people-orientated and likes to be close to her foster carer. She can be stubborn at times and likes things on her terms but this all adds to her charm and she’s been a very good house guest in her foster home.
