Meet this lovely boy Boris!

Boris is an ex-racer, who came to us via a Greyhound rescue.

Due to the typical chase drive of racing dogs, he will need to be kept on lead and muzzled on walks / in public areas.

He walks nicely on lead and likes a good sniff around in paddocks, and wears his muzzle comfortably. New owners will need to continue his positive muzzle association, so he is always comfortable walking with one on.

Boris is a sweet boy who does have a sensitive side. He can be quite worried by new people and handling, but once bonded he is a friendly lad with a gentle and affectionate nature.

Boris likes other dogs and has shown himself to be friendly and playful when out with them. He could possibly live with another dog that is the right match for him, potentially another Greyhound. Due to his breed and being an ex-racer, he cannot live with cats.

Boris is looking for a home away from the inner city, with access to his own private garden. He could live with teens 13+ who can play a part in his daily training and maintenance.

Boris is the sweetest boy with the most loving nature. He is sure to be the cuddliest of companions in any home lucky enough to have him!
