More about BUBBLES

Bubbles is a sensitive Bulldog who is looking for patient and understanding owners that have researched into the breed if they are unfamiliar with it. She is based at our Old Windsor centre, if you are interested in Bubbles, please email bow.rehomers@battersea.org.uk.

Bubbles has a fun side and likes to chase after tennis balls however tends to lose interest after a quick run around.

She needs some support with gaining her confidence as she can be worried at times, especially when out on walks. Sometimes she can also become frustrated and jump up and rag leads and she tends to do this more when there is little stimulation for her on walks or when she is anxious. Due to this she is looking for a home in a quiet location with lots of green areas for her to walk in. She'll also need her own secure garden where she can potter and settle at her own pace.

Bubbles is currently spending some time in a temporary foster home and her favourite thing to do is sleep on the sofa. She has travelled well in the car and loves attention from her foster carer.

Bubbles can find being around other dogs stressful so currently she is looking to be the only dog in her new home whilst her owners work on her socialising.

Due to her breed type, Bubbles will not cope with an active lifestyle and is looking for new owners that have some understanding of Bulldog’s medical traits. New owners will also need to speak to a Battersea vet before rehoming her.

Bubbles loves to have fuss from her bonded friends and enjoys soaking up attention.
