Clover is a delightful young dog, based at our Old Windsor centre- making friends takes time with Clover but her personality is worth the wait.

Clover is looking for an adult only home with owners that are experienced when it comes to owning dogs. She needs time to feel comfortable around new people and owners that have experience with anxious and reactive dogs would be suited for Clover to help guide her and create positive relationships with new people.

We are looking for a home in a quiet location with her own private garden. She lacks confidence so her own space to play and be off lead will really benefit her.

Clover is a bright dog and will show off her ‘sit’, ‘paw’ and even ‘spin’. When you are her friend there will be a nudge at your hand for more fuss or more importantly treats.

Clover will be a rewarding project for her new family. A home with more than one carer would be the best set up for Clover. Once she has made friends, she does become very attached to you, therefore, a multi- carer household will allow all the adults in the home to participate in her daily care and training.

Clover has some great basic training in place being housetrained, knowing many commands and would sleep when left alone for a few hours. In a new home it will all be brand new and she will be adjusting to a new routine, so it might take time to build these things back up again.

Clover is looking for dedicated owners to commit to her training and set her up for success in a new home. She will be a project and need daily support and management in areas as well as boundaries in the home.
