More about DAISY

Meet our super sweet but sensitive Shih Tzu, Daisy.

Daisy came to Battersea as a stray. She was in poor condition, underweight, matted, and covered in flea bites. With some TLC, Daisy is now gaining weight and her coat is growing back nicely. The next step in her treatment plan is to find a forever home!

Daisy is an active little dog who between walks can be found on the laps of her nearest and dearest, soaking up any and all fuss offered to her. She will nudge your hands to continue with affection.

Daisy can be worried meeting new people and dogs, but is quick make friends with a slow and calm approach. She is looking for a home with new owners who are happy to continue to boost her confidence with gentle socialisation.

Daisy has shown to be an over-bonder, so is looking for a home with more than one carer. She is worried out and about, so will need a quieter location and ideally her own private garden where she can stretch her legs worry free.

If you are looking for a energetic cuddle bug then please contact the Rehoming team in London at: rehoming@battersea.org.uk providing an overview of your previous experience with dogs, current set up and how you can meet her needs.

If you have not yet registered, please do so on the Battersea website https://www.battersea.org.uk/rehoming before getting in touch.

Due to the volume of enquiries we expect to receive, we will ONLY get back to homes we feel best meet Daisy's needs.
