More about Freya

Freya is a delightful Greyhound; she loves her food and affection from her favourite people. She is located at Battersea Old Windsor. Freya has lots of love to give and likes to demonstrate the famous Greyhound lean when having a fuss. She has been friendly with everyone she has met and has a calm and loving personality. We feel Freya would be able to live with older children. Freya is currently spending time in a temporary foster home and has been getting used to home life. She has been doing very well with her house training and sleeps soundly downstairs overnight. She enjoys relaxing in the garden and loves a gentle fuss from her foster carers. She does have a worried side when walking in new areas, Freya has been known to seek reassurance from her handlers when she is unsure. She is looking for her new home to be in a quieter location where she can build her confidence. She will need a private and secure garden to help her adjust to her new environment and gain confidence. This will also come in handy for Freya with housetraining and she will be able to stretch her legs and have room for zooming around in the lovable Greyhound fashion. She has been social around other dogs during her time here and we feel she may be able to live with a similar sized dog that is happy to offer play and show Freya the way in her new home.
