Meet Izzy, our cracking little Patterdale. She loves to play with her soft squeaky toys and enjoys nothing more than charging around our paddocks.

Izzy is looking for new owners that have experience with terriers and understand their breed traits. She is intelligent and energetic and will need an outlet for her typical Patterdale behaviour. Izzy wants a life of fun and adventure that will keep her occupied.Her new owners will need to be confident continuing her socialisation with other dogs which is an area of her behaviour we have explored extensively here at Batteresa. She also needs owners who are prepared to give her the time and support she needs settling into home life as she has spent most of her time outside in a kennel.

Izzy's new home needs to be in a quieter location with access to nice walking routes and a lower dog population or the ability to take her in the car to more appropriate walking spots. It is essential she has a private secure, terrier proof garden. Izzy would hugely benefit from living with another dog or if not, will need regular dog walking buddies. She could potentially live with older teens and would prefer more than one carer to help with her training needs.
