More about LARRY
Larry is a friendly Lurcher who loves nothing more than fuss and company from his favourite people. Larry is based at our Old Windsor centre, if you are interested in him please email bow.rehomers@battersea.org.uk.
Larry is a polite dog and has made friends with all the staff here. He can sometimes be a little worried when first meeting people but it doesn’t take long for him to come out of his shell and make friends.
Larry has spent some time in a temporary foster home and settled in quickly. He has been house trained and loves to play with his toys.
Larry will need some ongoing support and training around other dogs, especially males. He has shown to be intolerant of some male dogs and doesn’t like them being in his space. Due to this Larry is looking to be the only dog in his new home however he would benefit from socialising with calmer, female dog friends.
He is a smart dog and as he is still young, he is very active too. He is looking for new owners that are keen to do some training and fun activities with him.
Larry loves to chase after a tennis ball but only for a short period and then will go back to his handler for some fuss. He also likes to make his own bed, often re-arranging his blankets on the floor!
Larry is a fun dog, if you are interested in rehoming him please email bow.rehomers@battersea.org.uk or call 01784 494 443.
If you have not registered yet, please do so on the Battersea website https://www.battersea.org.uk/rehoming. Thank you.
