More about MARCIE

Marcie is a loving Bulldog who enjoys nothing more than being with people and chewing on a tennis ball. She is currently at our Old Windsor Centre, if after reading her information you would like to know more about her, please email bow.rehomers@battersea.org.uk.

Marcie came into our care as a stray in a poor condition and has been under the care of our veterinary team. Marcie is partly deaf so she will need some extra support in her new home and will need understanding owners who are willing to take on her medical conditions. She is currently spending time in a temporary foster home. She is responding well to the foster carer using sign-language, clapping and a whistle. She has also been house trained and loves laying next to her foster carer whilst having a snooze.

Marcie is full of personality and loves having a fuss and spending time relaxing on a comfy bed, we often hear her snoring as well. She enjoys eating her meals from a Kong and enjoys a game of fetch.

She is friendly with other dogs and will benefit from meeting social dogs on walks every so often. Once she has met dogs she is generally independent so we feel that Marcie would prefer to be the only dog in her new home.

Marcie loves toys, especially tennis balls, and she likes to carry them around and chew them.

Marcie brings a smile to everyone that she meets, if you are interested in rehoming her please email bow.rehomers@battersea.org.uk or call 01784 494443.
