More about MILLIE

Meet lovely Millie!

Millie arrived at Battersea due to a change in circumstances.

Millie was quite shut down and scared when she first arrived on site, but has grown in confidence and really come out of her shell. Millie is a bubbly, excitable girl who just wants to play with her people.

She can still be a little worried by handling and new people. New owners will need to be patient and understanding about this, especially while she settles in and finds her paws in her new home.

Millie did not enjoy sharing her owner's love and attention with other dogs in her previous home, so is looking to be the only dog in the home. Outside of the home, Millie enjoys interacting with other dogs sometimes, but most of the time prefers interacting with her people instead.

Millie has come on in leaps and bounds during her time at Battersea and is now looking for new owners who would ideally have experience around anxious dogs and can dedicate the time required to help her build her confidence around handling, new people and dogs.

Millie will make a wonderful cuddle companion to anyone willing to put in the time required to help her come out of her shell and be the happy, social dog we know she can be.
