Meet our lovely young mixed breed Nova. She is likely to be a mix working/guarding breeds.

Nova came to Battersea due to a change in her previous owners circumstances, and sadly we have very little information for the first few years of her young life.

Nova has a lovely history, although very brief.

Since coming to Battersea she has found kennel life a little challenging on occasion and is a little uncomfortable with certain aspects of more formal types of handling, however she is being socialised regularly and is growing in confidence day by day.

During Nova's time at Battersea she was initially very nervous of unknown people and dogs, and whilst still a little worried around people she is growing in confidence daily. Dogs on the other hand, Nova has remembered that she's a pup and has become typically silly! She will need to learn how to interact with other dogs in a calmer manner before she matures. She has picked up all training onsite quickly and is a very smart lady!

Nova is looking for experienced mature owners in a quieter location, with her own private garden and someone around most of the time to provide the essential training, stimulation and socialisation that she needs at this crucial time in her life.
