More about OSCAR
Meet the beautiful Oscar.
Oscar came to Battersea as his previous owners were no longer able to care for him. He is a wonderful boy who has shown himself to be fun, affectionate and loyal. He does have an anxious side and has therefore found kennel life very stressful. Oscar has a history of being a generally vocal boy & we have seen this during his stay with at Battersea. New owners should be aware of this and be prepared to try & work on reinforcing his calmer/quieter side.
Oscar can be worried and avoiding of the vets; he can also be vocal onlead around dogs and become frustrated if he is not able to meet them. He likes other dogs, but can be a little wary of some and he prefers being around calm, easygoing types, rather than very boisterous dogs. He would really benefit from some calm, steady walking buddies in a new home. He has a zest for life and despite his anxious side, he has a heart of gold.
This lovely lad loves to play fetch and enjoys his walks. He would prefer a home in a quite location, away from the bustle of the inner city, and would like to be the only dog in the home.
Oscar would love nothing better than a loving new family and a sofa to call his own. He is sure to make a fantastic companion for the right home.
