Meet Pedro Prescal!

This charming boy is our bouncy, young Presa Canario who came to us through no fault of his own. He has shown some stressed behaviour during his stay with us, including jumping up. He is looking for new owners who have some experience with juvenile mastiff types and know the sort of behaviours to expect with these.

Pedro is an affectionate boy who loves his people, toys and food! He has also shown some really lovely manners around other dogs during his stay with us. He wasn't left alone in his previous home, so is looking for new owners who are prepared to support him and build up his time alone slowly and sympathetically.

Pedro is looking for a home in a quieter location with a private garden. He is looking for a home with more than one adult carer, and could potentially live with older children aged 13+ who have previously lived with larger dogs and are able to read his body language. He could live with another dog of similar size who can help be a good role model for Pedro. As he has shown signs of stress when left alone in kennel and was never left alone in his previous home, he will need new owners with minimal leaving hours.
