More about PIP

Introducing Pip the Patterdale! This sweet little lady enjoys nothing more than a walk through our quiet fields and off lead zoomies in our paddocks with her favourite squeaky ball. Pip has got a sensitive side to her and can be scared by loud noises sometimes making her a little apprehensive on walks.

When she arrived at Battersea little Pip was quite shut down and it took her a little time to come out of her shell. She has been friendly with everyone she has met and comes out of herself when given time and space, enjoying a fuss and quality time with her bonded people.

Pip was previously attacked by another dog and since this she has become more uncomfortable around other dogs sometimes being reactive. Since coming to us, we have carefully socialised Pip to help build her confidence and she has progressed well with this.

Pip is on the lookout for a loving home that have experience with terrier breeds, or with dogs who can get overwhelmed and uncomfortable on greets with other dogs. She’s after a home in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, with a private garden and owners who are confident in continued socialisation with appropriate dogs to continue building on her confidence.
