Scrappy has been a pleasure to care for here at Battersea Old Windsor. A fun boy that really seeks out affection and will try his best to fit onto your lap if he can.

Scrappy is all legs and very good running a straight line, but corners he’s still working on at speed. He has had great fun in our paddocks running around, usually short lived then he wants more affection. Scrappy is looking for a home with his own private secure garden where he can have fun off lead every day.

He loves food and it’s been a great aid for training. He has picked commands up quickly and is always looking to please. A comfy duvet in his kennel has shown to be a big hit for nap times through the day.

When Scrappy first arrived in our care he was quite overwhelmed in a new busy environment, especially being around so many dogs. He has worked on socialisation and found his friends, especially in the Sighthound groups. New owners will need to keep up his socialising to make sure he is a well rounded dog and confident in his new neighbourhood.

Scrappy has been great fun, really enjoying play time and his walks. He would really shine in a household that are looking for a goofy, joyful dog that loves a long walk and then settles for a big snooze when he gets home.
