More about SID
Meet Our delightful Sid!
Sid is a Greyhound who has found himself at Battersea for a second time through no fault of his own. He has settled in quickly, though he does occasionally whine for some attention and shown to struggle at times when being left alone on foster.
He has been a lovely boy to look after, getting along well with everyone, including larger dog breeds, although he can be independent at times.
Typical to his breed, he has been interested in chasing small animals. For this reason, he will need to be kept on the lead and muzzled when out and about.

Sid is searching for his forever home, where he can enjoy his retirement years.
We hope to find a home for Sid where the owners have some experience or knowledge of the breed. This will help him adjust to a new environment, where he can snuggle up on a big, comfy bed surrounded by people who adore him!
If you are interested in Sid, please contact the rehoming team at: rehoming@battersea.org.uk, ensuring you have first registered for rehoming on the Battersea website: https://www.battersea.org.uk/rehoming
Please note that due to volume of enquiries we expect to receive, we will only be able to respond to homes that we feel best meet all of Sid's needs.
