Meet our lively and lovely girl Skyla!

Sweet Skyla came to us as her previous owners were no longer able to care for her. She was said to be a friendly and excitable girl with her known people, however a little worried when meeting new people. On site we have seen a sweet, bouncy, and friendly version of Skyla though she does have a worried side.

She is looking for a home with no children, and ideally no visiting children as she doesn't love sharing her toys or food. For the same reason Skyla is also looking to be the only dog in the home. She can be worried around handling, she is looking for a home willing to help her build her confidence around handling.

Skyla's previous owners also noted she didn't like all dogs when out on walks, however since arriving at Battersea she has shown a playful & sociable nature around the dogs she has met. New owners should be confident to continue her socialisation around other dogs and ensure she has a solid recall in place before considering letting her off lead.

Sweet Skyla is looking for a home with experienced owners who have previous experience with Husky's and are going to be able to manage some of her breed traits. She is an active girl, with a busy mind so will need people who can keep her occupied and give her lots of physical exercise. Once settled, she is sure to be the most loving and loyal companion anyone could ask for! Skyla will need a home with a secure garden for training and burn offs.
