Meet our squishable Squidge!

This sweet boy arrived at Battersea due to a change in his owners circumstance. Squidge's previous owners stated that he was a Cane Corso cross Dogue De Bordeaux. He is a wiggly lad and can be bouncy at times, but has a soft and gentle side to him!

Squidge loves making friends (both dog and human) but does at times have a sensitive side to him, and has proven to be a little shy on occasion.

New owners would ideally have experience with large bull breeds/guarding breed types and be able to provide him with the space and support to help him build his confidence and create positive experiences for him as he navigates home life and adjusts to his new environment. Squidge is a large Bull breed who is likely to display typical characteristics of his breed in the home (ie; barking at the door etc.) and so would be best suited to a home who have the knowledge and skills to best set him up for success.

With just a bit of reassurance and love, Squidge is likely to thrive - he has been coming out of his shell with staff, proving that he is of course at heart, a bubbly, wiggly and excitable boy who just wants to love and be loved!
