More about TUNA

Let me introduce Tuna, our stunning Husky cross Shepherd. She came to us as a stray so we are unsure if she has ever lived in a home before. Tuna loves her toys and has been very sociable with other dogs, sometimes a little too exuberant.

She has shown some typical Husky and Shepherd behaviours, becoming easily easily frustrated and this comes out in vocal form.
Tuna has also struggled with some aspects of more formal handling and has generally been bouncy showing some mouthy / nibbly behaviours.

Due to this she is looking for a home that has experience with either the Shepherd / Husky breeds or direct experience of dogs who have shown mouthy behaviours or struggled with formal handling.

Tuna would best be suited to a home in a quieter location with her own private and secure garden. She could live with a single carer if have low leaving hours. Tuna could live with older teens pending intro and there is the potential for her to live with another dog that would be a good role model for her.
