Sweet Violet is a 5 months old Presa Canario bursting with potential and charm.

She arrived at Battersea as a stray so we have no history on her. She has shown herself to be a friendly girl with her known people, but she does have a sensitive side and can be worried of strangers. She is looking for owners that are confident and willing to work around this sensitivity.

Violet is ready to find a loving home where she can thrive with new owners who are experienced owning guarding breeds, and who are committed to her ongoing socialisation and training. New owners should have researched the breed to ensure they will be a right fit for a Presa Canario (Spanish Mastiff) and understand all her needs growing up.

Violet likes other dogs and has shown to be a playful girl, although can lack manners at times. She could potentially live with another dog that is the right match for her. A tolerant and confident dog that could be a good role model of behaviour for her.

As a Presa Canario, Violet will grow into a big and strong dog, so she is looking for owners who are ready to provide her with the structure and training she needs, in order to blossom into a well rounded adult. With the right guidance, Violet promises to bring endless loyalty, and affection to her forever home.
