More about VIOLET

Violet arrived at Battersea as a stray so we have no history on her. She has shown herself to be a friendly girl with her known people, but she does have a sensitive side and is worried of strangers on first meeting them. She is looking for owners that are confident and willing to work around this sensitivity with her and be understanding in helping her with her confidence building which she has been progressing well with.

Violet is ready to find a loving home where she can thrive with new owners who are experienced in caring for a worried and sometimes reactive dog, and who are committed to her ongoing socialisation and training. New owners should have some knowledge or have researched worried/nervous/reactive behaviours and understand all her needs in order to set her up for success.

Violet likes other dogs and has shown to be a playful girl, although can lack manners at times. She can also be a little boisterous and bully like in her style of play. She could potentially live with another dog that is the right match for her. A tolerant and confident dog that could be a good role model of behaviour for her.

Violet is looking for experienced owners who are ready to provide her with the structure and training she needs in order to blossom into a well rounded adult. She is suitable to with adults only and would love access to her own private garden. Due to her sensitive nature she would thrive in a home away from the inner city.

With the right guidance, Violet promises to bring endless loyalty, and affection to her forever home. If you are looking for a sweet girl with a heart full of potential, Violet could be the perfect match for you!
